For this project I wrote a 20 minute pilot episode for a children's TV show, which I planned to conceptualize then animate.

The show followed 'Captain Katt', a humanoid cat. In each episode he'd travel the galaxy with his robot buddy 'Bleem' and visit strange far off worlds, along with their engineer 'Weebwo' - a being of pure energy that could only communicate in dub-step-like noises.

The first episode had them travelling to a world of marshmallow, defeating dolphin space pirates, and defying the ruthlessly capitalist Slug Lords.

When designing the characters, I hoped to create a simple, colorful style that would appeal to children of all ages.
